1. Do we know that the federql judges who would hear the case in Nevada are not sympathizers?

Are there lists of judges who are "constitutionalists" or whatever those sympathizer sherrifs are?

3. It was a federal grand jury in Nevada. Do we know that Nevada has its own specific claims?

The Bunkerville standoff occurred in the district of Nevada

I don't know if the state of Nevada plans a separate prosecution

I think they need to end up in Marion, IL. The 3 Bundy's could take up residence in Beaumont Federal Prison, TX. I'm sure they would appreciate the humid heat of the Gulf Coast.
