Oil company CEO takes home $18 million despite cutting 20% of workers

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/oil-ceo-tales-home-18-million-cutting-20-worker-article-1.2538309

Though his profits and workforce have been drying up, an oil company CEO was awarded more than $18 million for his work in 2015.

Schlumberger, the world's largest oil field service, cut 25,000 jobs last year, or 20% of its workforce, according to CNN....

Adding to the company's troubles, it was also fined $232 million by the Justice Department for violating sanctions against Iran and Sudan.

Despite plunging indicators, Kibsgaard’s compensation reportedly dropped just 1.1% from 2014, from $18.5 million to $18.3 million.
