few things make more sense. Kissinger was talking about the need to reduce the number of "useless eaters" back in 1975.

The trickier question is how to manage the desired die-off. Shredding the social safety net is the key here. Withdraw services and support from the 'undesirables' and just let them start starving, freezing or falling victim to medical neglect.

Push more people into poverty while applying the same methods.

There's your die off, and on the cheap, with no expensive camps, ovens, guards, or the infrastructure necessary to support them. All that shit would cut into profits.
