Up to $25,000 - Usually Muni
$25,000 and over - Superior

I don't know what your question is, but even if it's a little complicated, it will still need some back and forth. One of my early mentors told me that if your lawyer doesn't answer your questions with questions for the first 30 minutes, get a new lawyer.

taking up to 3 years does not comply with the Motion. Court needs to know status, soon.
