Order to Show Cause Hearing set for.....Time.....Dept.....Court.......(example - County of Los Angeles, Muni or Superior)

Up to $25,000 - Usually Muni
$25,000 and over - Superior

... I love our DU community, but... Internet. I'm in AL, so no help to you.

I don't know what your question is, but even if it's a little complicated, it will still need some back and forth. One of my early mentors told me that if your lawyer doesn't answer your questions with questions for the first 30 minutes, get a new lawyer.
