nationalism definition. The strong belief that the interests of a particular nation-state are of primary importance.

Your description fits more than one politician. Almost any Republican and some Democrats will satisfy every element, including "American exceptionalism."

Feels an authoritarian government is necessary;
Appeals to anti-immigrant, us vs them mentality.
Not disagreeing with OP's list, but these are the two main hallmarks of a fascist.
