The RNC filed two lawsuits in order to obtain records of communication between Hillary Clinton and her aides when she served as secretary of state, CBS News reports.
Said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus: “The Obama Administration has failed to comply with records requests in a timely manner as required by law. For too long the State Department has undermined the public and the media’s legitimate right to records under the Freedom of Information Act, and it’s time it complies with the law.”

after all the emails have been released, which has apparently been the case.
Or are they now referring to personal handwritten notes or greeting cards? Sheesh! 
He's been trying to maintain a low profile until there is a clear cut GOP candidate.
