...words and violence erupts?

I hope you people realize what you're unleashing by supporting this. Because I REALLY don't think anyone self-aware has thought this through to it's logical conclusion.

But whatever, enjoy.

CLARITY EDIT: I should note that this is about the fifth thread on the topic I've entered, so the comment about 'you people' was typed up with the spectrum of comments in mind, not this one particular comment by the OP. Apology for that lack of clarity.

I agree with you completely about voting, and I'm sorry it read like I meant you were supporting violence. I should likely have posted it in a different thread (where there were more comments like I was replying to; total brain mishap).

The hand writing has been on the wall for some time. As long as Trump is spewing racist crap and encouraging violence in his supporters, this will get worse.

To the second though, I would point out that that cannot be allowed to happen! Let him 'spew racist crap'. If his words are truly so racist, it is mathematically impossible for him to win, right? Last I heard it was, something to the effect of needing 70% of white men or white people or something to that effect.

But look at the flipside on that. Your comment is with his 'preaching violence to his supporters'. But they're not the ones who got this thing shut down now, are they? So saying that it was unavoidable because he talks about violence is transparently backwards and all it will take to convince anyone of it is someone slightly better known than me and slightly more eloquent. There's a lot of people out there like that, and many of them aren't on our side! THAT will get more people angry, more people signing up, more people voting, and not for us. As that is directly what I want to avoid, perhaps counseling against this type of thing would be more effective.

If this 'gets worse', it will end up in a civil war. There are too many people who want to see one, and many of them aren't even American. Why do you think that is?
