(14,077 posts)Bundy was not secretive about threatening to use arms against the US government. It makes no sense to release him so that he can go back and re-arm himself.

(11,175 posts)The DoJ should be making every effort to avoid giving Bundy and his fans anything to complain about, even if the complaints are bogus. Don't let them say he was deprived of a hearing. Yes, he already had a hearing, but they'll say he was deprived anyway. So let the baby have his bottle. Given Bundy's history, I have to assume that the Nevada judge will see the issue exactly the same way the Oregon judge did.
