The only reason he is still around is that everyone is so focused on bringing down Trump, they are ignoring the bigger danger in Cruz

There are dozens of threads bashing Trump, but Cruz is slipping by with hardly any notice.

It's getting scary that even here, people are lining up to go after Trump without realizing that Cruz is next in line and laughing in the wings.

I don't watch her show regularly, but she's covered Ted's relationship with anti-gay extremists several times. A lot of people on DU have boycotted her show so they wouldn't know about it. She appears to be the only journalist who has been monitoring the situation.

That being said, trump and Cruz are equally scary, unfortunately. And for different but equally scary reasons.

What I don't get is how he gets elected at the Senate. Most people hate his guts. Republican senators hates Cruz's guts. His face shows what an opinionated weasel he is. Probably worse even than GW, and that's the pits in my book.

Cruz apparently wants mass extermination of others here 'illegally' - since being gay in the US would be 'illegal'.
