MSNBC town halls, Kasich and Trump

MSNBC is running town halls, Kasich first, then Trump. Then Maddow is doing back-to-back interviews with Clinton and Sanders.

Have they mentioned why Cruz is left out of that lineup? Not that I’d watch, anyway; but it does seem...odd.
