If either Trump or Cruz become the nominee, 40% of Wisconsin-GOP-voters will vote 3rd party, vote Hillary or stay at home.

Otherwise Kasich would have gotten 40%. In the only poll that matters (last night's election), Cruz and Trump got 83.3%.
