I have known women to "sync" after being together for a while, my sisters do every time they are together in vacation even when some are "off" on their "time". I lived with 3 girls for 3 years in college AND had a girlfriend. Yes I remember their cycles were pretty synced up. My only symptoms were "Get the hell out of there for about 3 or 4 days" during their periods.

So there is probably some lingering femaleness to them before they turn into those weird mutant creatures with penises.
