I'm not a super model, but I have been called pretty before. That aside... despite being quite tall, my hands and feet are definitely small for my size (in particular hands). Compared hand size to a presumably cis student of mine who is about 7 inches shorter than me. Same size. My feet were bigger than hers, but again... for my size, very small feet for a man and about average sized for a woman.

Neck? Never had a bump there.

Face? Had surgery done on it.

So it's funny when they say "I'd beat you up if I caught you in the bathroom with my daughter!" like ok, but I transitioned just after high school. You can't tell.

I will say this, if I ever catch anyone beating up a man or a women next to/in a bathroom there will be hell to pay. Going to the bathroom should be a sanctuary for us to have our own personal time and nobody elses business. I for one would get extremely irate if someone actually tried and stop me from using the restroom.

could change DNA, most people wouldn't unless it was free/easy. It doesn't accomplish anything.

Also, so few people have been karotyped... if we did this there would now be a small, but not insignificant number of men with XX and women with XY who never knew otherwise. And of course this does not include people with a non-standard number of sex chromosomes, like XO, XXX, XXY, as well as chimeras/mosaics.
