he really said that. I think this was the Speech that (Almost) Nobody Heard at about 7:00 before he turned in for an early bedtime. MSNBC put in far right corner of the screen-couldn't find it on other networks

Seriously, the modern GOP is a bunch of insane, racist, bigoted, theocrats who petrify me.

Cruz is just one of the more extreme examples of such.
