definition is illegal. If you're trying to get the right term it's called tax avoidance and it's 100% legal, ethical and moral. Plus, having a "company" (why the quotes????) in Delaware is not a particularly unique thing since Delaware is the corporate capital of the U.S. And being incorporated in Delaware has nothing to do with the Panama papers. But, aside from being mistaken on all the key points, an interesting post.

But the US' regressive tax system, which caters to the rich anyway, doesn't require using Panama as a tax haven. Rich people in more progressive countries which have higher taxes on rich people and fewer domestic tax dodges, seem to be the main ones caught up in the Panama papers.

Delaware is usually where they go to get a shell company to launder money through and stuff, yes, but they also avoid paying their taxes by hiding their money all over the world. It was my understanding after reading the Miami Herald's article that the Clintons may well have some issues...?

This shit just makes me so mad; denying pregnant women and little babies basic health services all over the world, so super-rich global elites can enrich themselves even more.

How can people not see the inherent evil in the capitalist system?

swept out of this forum, messages are transforming from factory whistle to dog whistle.

In any case, politicians by the nature of their work are associated with many thousands of influential people. Both Hillary and Sanders have been politicians for decades. You can be sure that malignant sources could find various ways to claim both of them "were caught up" by association. Even post a picture showing them shaking hands with tax dodger or two, or ten.

Hillary got speaking fees from a German Bank, Deutsche Bank for $485,000. For the life of me I can't figure out why they would want to pay that much to listen to a speech from a former first Lady who is supposedly a Democrat and supposedly for the principals of more regulation in the financial sector. I am sure someone can help me connect the dots on that.

who settled on it at their last secret conference in Geneva. The funds actually come from the Illuminati (who are so secret that they don't have their own bank account) so it's funneled through the Bilderbergers. It's all so Hillary can set up the New World Order and bring UN troops in to put us all in FEMA reeducation camps. I'm sure someone can help me connect the dots on this...
