the people of North Carolina should be free from sexual molestation in bathrooms so long as a picture of my pleasant meaty face is placed in each and every one. I mean who could even piss with me watching over your shoulder. The answer is no one. Trust me I've clinically tested this in thousands of men's room around the country. I like to watch.
