From the mouths of babes

My 7 yr. old step daughter (I'm daddy and that's the most important thing) and I were watching news on tv the other day and a story about ted cruz came up. She started booing loudly, I started laughing and asked, "Why are you booing?" She said, "He doesn't like brown people and he's ugly!" And I thought to myself, "By golly, she's right." He's ugly in more ways than one. Pretty wise 7 year old I'd say. Of course, the old man may have had something to do with her viewpoint.
