Republican Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert is a Serial Child-Rapist

Republicans in congress repeatedly voted for a Serial Child-Rapist to be their leader.

Republican Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert is a Serial Child-Rapist who still receives his taxpayer-funded pension.

Never refer to Republican Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert without including the FACT that he is a Serial Child-Rapist.

The corporate media is soft-talking the facts surrounding the serial child-rapist Dennis Hastert's sentencing.

We should not let them get away with it.

After Gingrich announced his resignation, Republicans unanimously selected Rep. Bob Livingston (R-LA) to succeed him. Livingston represented the party as Speaker-elect in the led up to the impeachment vote.

On the day of the impeachment vote, Livingston announced he was resigning following revelations that he had engaged in an extramarital affair. According to Hustler Magazine Publisher Larry Flint, who offered a reward for information about the sex lives of members of Congress, he “found four women who said they had been involved with Mr. Livingston over the last 10 years.”

Following Livingston’s resignation, which occurred on the same day the House voted on impeachment, Rep. Dennis Hastert (R-IL) quickly gained support of the Republican leadership to succeed him as Speaker-designate. He began formally serving as speaker in January 1999, and held that role while the Senate conducted their trial on the articles of impeachment.

On Thursday, Hastert was indicted on charges that he illegally structured $1.7 million in payments to an individual in an attempt to cover up prior misconduct. According to reports, the payments were allegedly intended to “conceal sexual abuse against a former male student he knew during his days as a teacher in Yorkville, Ill.” The LA Times also reported that “investigators also spoke with a second man who raised similar allegations that corroborated what the former student said.”

Hastert has since been sent to prison

Mark Foley?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mark_Foley_scandal
<snip>
The Mark Foley scandal, which broke in late September 2006, centers on soliciting e-mails and sexually suggestive instant messages sent by Mark Foley, a Republican Congressman from Florida, to teenaged boys who had formerly served as congressional pages. Investigation was closed by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) on September 19, 2008 citing insufficient evidence to pursue criminal charges as both "Congress and Mr. Foley denied us access to critical data", said FDLE Commissioner Gerald Bailey.[1] The scandal grew to encompass the response of Republican congressional leaders to previous complaints about Foley's contacts with the pages and inconsistencies in the leaders' public statements.[2][3][4][5][6] There were also allegations that a second Republican Congressman, Jim Kolbe, had improper conduct with at least two youths, a 16-year-old page and a recently graduated page.[7][8]

The scandal led to Foley's resignation from Congress on September 29, 2006. In some quarters, the scandal is believed to have contributed to the Republican Party's loss of control over Congress in the November 7, 2006 election, as well as the end of House Speaker Dennis Hastert's leadership of the House Republicans. Kirk Fordham, chief of staff to Rep. Tom Reynolds and former chief of staff for Foley, also resigned as a result of the scandal.

Newsweek's June 7, 2010, issue's BACK STORY listed Foley, among others, as a prominent conservative politician who had a record of anti-gay legislation and was later caught in a gay sex scandal.[9]

Sibel Edmonds has been claiming for years that Turkey was blackmailing Hastert--now we know how. That also means the Bush Administration knew about Hastert's high crimes, because Edmonds was working for the US government when she translated the intercepted phone conversations, and it was they who silenced her.

And what about Congressional investigations into 9/11, blowing the cover of the US WMD spies, the false information used in the run-up to the Iraq war, the election thefts of 2000 and 2004, manipulating the appropriations process to punish enemies of the White House, and on and on and on and on. Everything Congress did in the Bush years, which benefited the Bush Administration, can now be considered to be illegally coerced, thanks to their knowledge--and presumed threats to expose--Hastert's crimes.

He wasn't just a child molestor. Dennis Hastert was a known child molestor whose liability was exploited to facilitate an unknown number of high crimes. He was a criminal bitch whose crimes were exploited for the benefit of even worse criminals--criminals who were in charge of our government.

Here is a rather disorganized mishmash of links for those who wish to catch up. I won't have time to work on this for a while, yet, but the bottom line is that the circumstantial evidence STRONGLY suggests that the Bush Administration exploited Hastert's crimes to protect themselves, and sometimes for matters as petty as Dick Cheney being so lazy that he wanted a personal office on each side of the Capitol building.

I hope others will add to the list of then-peculiar events in which Hastert rolled over for the Bush crew.

"In the year that has passed since the 2004 election, not a single major American news outlet has published a serious investigation of whether the victory was properly awarded to George W. Bush. A boss wryly referred to him as, "a wrestling coach, with all that comes with that." Must have been in late '98, right before he took over, I am now guessing. (Edit: It is important to note that I was an absolute nobody, just a fly on the wall. So when I repeat these rumors it's to illustrate how pervasive they must have been.)

Shortly after after that (probably after that, I really don't remember the sequence), his name came up in a pretty large meeting, and someone blurted out, "the fucking child molester?" Part of me wanted to dismiss it as joking reference to the wrestling coach job.

But soon the rumors and jokes were swirling. I spent a lot of my time drinking in "insider" bars. It was at Sign o' the Whale, I think, where I heard the joke that Hastert got the job of speaker because he wasn't chasing girls, because he was chasing boys.

However, having said that, it's all with 20/20 hindsight. It never occurred to me to blow the whistle on Hastert while he was busy doing damage control on the Mark Foley page scandal, as an obvious example.

Revisiting that incident, and Hastert's damage-control visit to the Rush Limbaugh show, would be an exercise in excruciating irony. Remember that Limbaugh, also, has been dragged into those allegations....

Deputy Whip covered up for Hastert and also was a child molester, as well as chaired the House Caucus on Missing and Exploited Children.
