Bradblog puts question to WI recall vote counting

As per usual, the WI recall election, like almost all elections in the country nowadays, was never actually counted by human eyes and hands. The tabulation was entirely by the electronic tabulators. There IS paper in WI, that is, the people vote on paper. But the vote is run thru the electronic optiscans at the local precincts and nobody ever bothers to make sure the machines are tabulating correctly.
