On Morning Joe Mark Halperin asserted smugly that Justice Kennedy voted against

Obama's health care reform. Like he knows. He said that had he voted FOR it, there would have been leaks already...

So place your bets...the mighty wizard has told you!

when he said President Obama is a "DICK" but the time delay didn't catch it?
Guess we know what side of the fence he's on, right?

who's name I forget right now.

I believe it could have been Halperin, though.

Yesterday morning, he absolutely GLARED at a

guest author who wrote about America's current

condition of widening income inequality.

He called President Obama a "dick" on the June 30th 2011 show.

Intrade has the probability that the court will rule the mandate unconstitutional to be 66% (with an upward trend)

Intrade is certainly not always right, but as a betting site, it should be good at predicting things that already happened but aren't publicly known because people with insider knowledge take advantage of it.

I hope that's not the case but that's what seems likely to me.

In a case where something has already happened but is not yet public, betting may very well reflect insider knowledge.

I think it probably reflects insider knowledge to a great degree, because I think it probable that insiders on the court would try to make money off that knowledge.

I hope I am wrong, but I doubt it.
