Legal Schnauzer: Don Siegelman out of solitary. Alabama House Speaker accepts 18 month jail term

in exchange for testimony against Governor Bentley and others in state government.

Alabama House Speaker Mike Hubbard (R-Auburn) and state prosecutors have reached a plea deal that calls for Hubbard to receive an 18-month prison sentence in exchange for testimony about alleged corruption involving Gov. Robert Bentley, Senate President Del Marsh, and former Gov. Bob Riley, according to multiple reports in the Web press.

Democrat some where in mix that will go down if Siegelman is Pardoned. One of the major failures of the Obama Justice Department. There is a story behind this mess that is not seeing the light of day. Understand Birmingham is like Chicago,bodies everywhere.
