Arsenio Hall Sues Sinead O'Connor for $5 Million
Singer previously claimed talk show host was Prince's drug dealer, spiked her marijuana

Arsenio Hall is suing Sinead O'Connor for libel due to the singer's recent accusations that the talk show host was not only Prince's drug dealer for years but that he also spiked O'Connor's marijuana at Eddie Murphy's house.

After news spread of the possible place painkillers or hard drugs may have had in the sudden death of Prince, O'Connor weighed in on the claims via a Facebook post published on May 2nd. "Two words for the DEA investigating where Prince got his drugs over the decades…Arsenio Hall (AKA Prince's and Eddie Murphy's bitch)," the singer wrote on her official page. "Anyone imagining Prince was not a long time hard drug user is living in cloud cuckoo land."

O'Connor continued to claim that she reported Hall to the Carver County Sheriff's office. "Expect their call. They are aware you spiked me years ago at Eddie Murphy's house."

The following day, O'Connor elaborated on her accusations of being spiked. In her account, Hall had invited the singer to a party at Murphy's home on the night of the Grammy Awards. O'Connor chose to not attend the ceremony, which she claims made Hall act maliciously towards her.
