The old ways aren't working anymore (phone calls, door to door canvassing)

These ways will only work if done by neighbors or people that are known to the person.

Anonymous phone banking, strangers going door to door belong to another era.

Its all about radio and tv ads and the more personal in that regard the better.

Not big, overproduced $$ type videos' but regular people speaking their thoughts.

We have to hit on all fronts. People are unique in that one method may work while another doesn't.

With poll-tested messaging and framing of the issues. These are probably the new reality. It begins with loyalty to the product. And loyalty usually begins with demonizing or discrediting the opposing "label". Once "conservative" becomes as discredited as "liberal", then we will probably have reached equilibrium?

remove corporate and union special interest monies. Reinstate the fairness doctrine. Force tv, satellite and cable to allow equal time to polictical candidates. No donated travel by rich and corporate interests. Everything is done on the taxpayer dime. period.

If you are running for office, it is out of civic duty not to accept the 2am phone call from Koch.

Reverse Citizens United. Bury it so deep the Koch-sukers will need a deep-water horizon rig to dig it backup and try to re-float it.

Your first point is actually very true. Use local people to door to door, as the Bush 2004 and Obama campaigns are doing.

...and 7.5 times the amount of total spending to beat a good ground game in the single digits...

Seriously, single digits win for those type of resources isn't good.

There is too much animosity towards others who don't share your views.
