can be polished to shine like the Sun.' Something I heard from Cristina Pinkola Estes on tape, the author of Women Who Run With The Wolves.

People with charisma like Trump and many others remind me of this saying, and that too often young people and those who are very hungry for love often mistake this shine for the real thing, and end up getting burned.

She actually seemed like a pretty nice person in the movie "Born Rich" by Jamie Johnson (I really enjoyed it, by the way), even though he obviously doesn't keep himself from assessing her appearance out loud. How awful to hear your father talk about you as a physical object.

And I do feel bad for his wives, even though they knew what they were getting into. Those who marry for money earn every penny. I'm sure Melania feels as though she's being judged on a beauty pageant stage every time he looks at her. Sure, lots of people have miserable marriages and she's compensated in ways that most unhappy spouses aren't, but still. It must be a very difficult life.
