So much of this election is coming down to: What if women were people?

RNC chair on NYTimes story about Trump and women: "People just don't care"

"We've been working on this primary for over a year...and I've got to tell you," Priebus said on "Fox News Sunday." "I think that all these stories that come out, and they come out every couple weeks, people just don't care."

..............

The Times said it interviewed dozens of women who interacted with Trump, producing a “complex, at times contradictory portrait.” It said Trump mocked women's appearances.

Later in the Sunday interview, Priebus tried to clarify his comments. He said he wasn't trying to say that people don't care about concerns raised in the Times article, but noted that people are looking for someone who's going to get something done.

Women will anihilate Trump:

but Trump has alienated all those groups and many others. The Republican Party and their enabling media propagandists, have spent decades terrorizing conservatives to keep their voters in line. Republican women are like bellwethers, disillusioned, fearful, paranoid and suspicious of anything different. They want someone to protect them, keep them safe from all the fabricated, scary boogeymen the GOP has siced on them. Its no surprise that conservative women turn blind eye to Trump's sexist slurs.
