It amazes me that Romney can FLAT OUT LIE and there is no outrage! WTF?

No retractions. No apology's. Just more lies the next day.

The media covers it. At least Lawrence, Rachel and Ed do.

I think this election is the most insane ever.

I guess some people are just not paying attention.

Either that or you've been watching too much Fox news and your brain has been washed.

Either way, enjoy your visit. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out.

I'm into politics, but I'm not paying attention to what Romney says either. When it gets closer to November and especially the debates, that is when I will start paying attention. Right now, its the lazy days of pre-summer.

I think I'd be shocked it the opposite happened and someone other than a few MSNBC hosts called them on their lies. Everyone else in the media gives them a free pass.

Karl Rove and the Republicans know their voters. If they repeat the same lie over and over, their message will be accepted as truth by the Fox viewers and those too busy or lazy to find the truth. They know that most voters don't follow the details of news and policy enough to know that they are being lied to. Simply put, they do it because they know that it is effective and it works. And the MSM never corrects or calls them out on it. Get ready for a lot more of the same.

Hey, these are modern hip times. No one lies anymore. How passe. The hip new word for it is now called putting a spin on your reality, and everyone is expected to do it. What is more, we can thank the advertising industry for elevating our society to this new status. They have been lying to us for so long in their perverse advertisements that doing so for everyone has now become the new accepted norm for adult behavior in our society. Listening to Romney lie has now become only as insulting to our senses as listening to any of a plethora of advertising lies that pervade our lives. Remember, Romney and wall street are still in sync.

So many of the GOP talking points are outright lies. And they repeat them using the exact same language over and over. "Failed foreign policy."
"Apologizing for America"
McCain's new talking point phrase is "egregious breach in national security"

Over and over again in an effort to brainwash people.
Rachel, Ed, and Lawrence are very good at debunking. Unfortunately they are speaking to the choir for the most part.

"out of control spending" and "taking away our freedom". I doubt many Republican voters know this, but that "spending" is for social programs that help THEM and other working class people. And has anyone asked them yet what they mean by "freedom"? What do they mean by "freedom"? Freedom for businesses to discriminate and pollute our air and water? Freedom for a handful of rich donors to control the politics of an entire country?
