MORE recalls of sunflower seed products, even in products like cheese...wtf????

Three more companies recall products containing sunflower kernels

But get this....some of the items recalled are:

cheese Sauce
Cheese stick
Lime bean dip
Frosted Flakes w/Cheese Stick
BBQ Chicken w/Milk

Mr. dixie does the shopping now, he is good about sticking to the list.

We are giving up processed foods, as much as possible.
So I spend more time cooking with real ingredients
but am also losing awareness of what packaged stuff is now on store shelves.
Thus, every once in awhile, I will see an ad in the paper for some "food" product that blows my mind.

The idea that cheese snack meals have sunflower seeds in them is a bit amazing, to me.
