Louisville's Confederate statue debate plays out in court (KY)

LOUISVILLE (WHAS11) -- After roughly four hours of testimony in front of a packed courtroom, Judge Judith Mcdonald Burkman dissolved the restraining order and denied a motion for a temporary injunction on the removal of a Confederate monument near the University of Louisville campus.

McDonald Burkman said the monument belongs to the city.

"Every allegation that they raised in their complaint which are the allegations the court has to deal with were proven false, so I think she did the right thing," County Attorney Mike O'Connell said ...
