Donald Trump secures $6 million for Trump Victory fund

Washington (CNN)Donald Trump's southern California fundraiser Wednesday has already secured $6 million in contributions to the Victory Fund, the joint effort between the real estate mogul's presidential campaign and the Republican Party, according to a source close to the event.

About 120 "A-list" donors are expected to attend the event at American private equity investor Tom Barrack's Los Angeles-area home, the source said. Most of the guests contributed more than $25,000 to the fund.

Money raised from "Trump Victory" will go to the Republican National Committee and state parties in Arkansas, Connecticut, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming....
