If the next judge can increase the sentence, I'm all for the appeal. There's a lot more opportunity for increasing the sentence than decreasing it.

with the prosecutor asking for two. If i were the judge hearing his appeal I would give him ten years.

I've heard that more than once from doctors and surgeons!

Surgeons also need to be somewhat intelligent or at least disciplined, so poor widdle Brock was never going to make it.

If they don't overturn his conviction and declare a mistrial, he would be retried and if convicted then he would be re-sentenced, almost-certainly more severely than he was the first time.

It's like trying to explain quantum mechanics to a hedgehog. Although I daresay that the hedgehog would demonstrate a higher level of comprehension.

The concept that HE could be a rapist, is beyond his sphere of understanding.

You know, a little harmless teenage fun (wink, wink). Things got a little out of hand, the hysterical girl overreacts. Happens all the time. No reason to put a crimp in a promising athletic career. Just a bump in the road for the lad. I'm sure he'll be more careful next time.

He stands a very good chance of only getting the first trial declared a mistrial and getting himself a new trial...and the chance for a new sentence. I guess the arrogant fuck doesn't comprehend that he got a slap on the wrist for a heinous crime.

I wish him exactly enough luck to fuck his life up further by getting convicted a second time and sent to Mule Creek for the full stretch.
