Brian Williams says the Clinton speech was patriotism over

partisanship.
Don the Con's attacks on Obama and Clinton are not going over well - not after day one of such a slaughter.
No comment on her praise of Dumbya (from me), but the media loved it.

Dubya'a immediate response to 9-11 was all about not blaming Muslims for the actions of the terrorists. It was not until his state of the union speech several months later that he started in on the "Axis of Evil" bs, setting the stage for invading Iraq, etc.
