Obama security helicopters fly over me near downtown Ottawa today. We

are sure going to miss him when he leaves next year. But we won't miss the city being shut down when he visits. I wanted to go watch him but heard with all the police, and all the barracades, there is no point.

as President may attract many protesters.....I seem to remember George W. Bush thanking the public in Ottawa for all the 'one finger salutes' along his motorcade route into the citiy.
