He went on to say he felt that the federal judge overseeing his case is biased against letting Fry out of jail, because he says, the judge is concerned about Fry’s mental health

Fry – who has been very open about his mental health struggles before, during, and after the occupation – did not say whether he had been diagnosed with gender dysphoria. Most studies show about one percent of people have some level of gender dysphoria.
