If he's paying the barber, then who cares?

If the French people are paying, then it's a big deal.

I seem to remember our own Prez Clinton I getting a haircut and airport traffic was halted until the barber exited Air Force 1. Our next president probably spends a bit on hair styling, whoever he or she may be.
