*****Report: Murdochs to Fire Roger Ailes*****

Roger Ailes, the head of Fox News, will be fired from his post, New York magazine reports. Rupert Murdoch and sons Lachlan and James have reportedly decided to remove the infamous 76-year-old fixture after sexual harassment allegations arose about him. Former Fox News anchor Gretchen Carlson filed a suit against Ailes claiming that he harassed her over many years at the company. The company will either force Ailes to resign or fire him, sources told the magazine.

Ailes isn't the type to go quietly, no matter how guilty he is. His ego won't allow it.
When crooks fall out, all sorts of mayhem will be exposed.
C'mon Roger, spill the beans on Murdoch...

I didn't think sexual harassment could get someone fired at Fox. I kind of thought it was accepted behavior.

As long as it doesn't go public I suppose. Of course, it didn't end Bill O'Reilly's career. Maybe Ailes' time was up and this was a good excuse to get rid of him.

I can't even imagine what it must be like to work there.

Of getting exposed for what everyone knew was going on all along

They have their good name to protect along with their good Christian values

Like often contributor Newt gingrich and his multi marriages and divorce of a vary ill wife when she needed him

Bill (the wife beater) nOreally and his loss of his children to the wife he beat

Or the war criminal olly south

The list is a long list of hypocrisy

bottom line: keeping ailes would cost to much.

aka he's as guilty as the day is long.

this is now getting interesting.

more over: they will give him a gigantic golden parachute to pay his legal fees.

I want to spend my energy and capital defending. They've got money and resources of their own, believe it, and let them help themselves as God commanded in the Old Testament.

They're talking about waiting until next week to can him so it won't dominate the news cycle during the RNC, but I'd love to see him fired this week as a big F U to Trump.

But more likely he'll be allowed to "step down", to give pretense that it's somehow an honorable retirement.

It seems like an easy call to tell him to step down.

Fox can use some fresh leadership anyway before every show attracts the aging demographics of the "no spin zone".
