angry people vines videos

Not sure where to put this thread, because its not political.

People are putting up on youtube, "angry people videos"

You know cell phone footage of an angry person in
the street going off at someone, who isnt that angry.

Just wondering What disorder is it... when a person who is
going crazy, swearing abusing someone, threatening people
physically, but when THE OTHER PERSON REACTS, THEIR REACTION
IS TOO....

Say something like "Calm down, chill out, dont be so sensitive"

Ive seen several different types of videos, and it reminds me of
someone I use to work with, who would go off, scream at yell,
would get madder if people told them to clam down, BUT if someone
else did the same behavior, would tell the person "You dont get to do that"

The person is likely to put their hands on someone first, but if someone touches them
they scream "I will call the cops"

Just wondering if there is a word for people like that? Narcissism?

You know people who go off, but get offended if someone else does

Sort of bully syndrome, yo know they get to threaten, but if someone
else does it, then thats wrong.

Is their an actual clinical word, for that type of behavior?
