"se faire zober" = to get f__ked

"Zob" is what you might say while making the forearm gesture.

That said, the middle-finger salute has gained favor in recent years with more and more cultural cross-over.

Easier and more efficent--able to be executed in more diverse situations.

Much easier to say than vaffanculo! Or va fangul in dialectical slang!

In Iran, and most of the Middle East, that stupid "thumb's up" that Trump does? It's the finger, by another digit! It's pretty much "Up yours!"

The two finger salute (Winston Churchill used to smile every time he did the V-for-Victory thing, because of the double entendre) is popular in that end of the world as well!

The two armed thing requires that both arms be free--the one finger business won't get in the way of that sack of food or whatever you're carrying in one hand!

with the palm facing outwards, it means "V" for Victory.

If the palm is facing towards the instigator, it means "ZOB"! LOL!

He played it cute, like he was too well bred to understand the cruder meaning, but his private secretary said in his memoirs that he knew full well what he was doing when he did the Up Yers--heh heh.

July 19 was the 75th anniversary of Churchill's first reference to V - For - Victory though other countries had been using it previously.

It became so ubiquitous behind the lines that the Germans were forced to co-opt it and pretend it was theirs, but everyone knew better.

This is occupied Paris with a dumbass sign saying Germany will win on all fronts (ha ha--wrong):

The song they sing has nothing to do with Trump, but it is a beaut, nonetheless! It has to do with this asshole: http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2014/07/17/3461252/todd-akins-pathetic-attempt-to-defend-legitimate-rape-goes-down-in-flames/

The big finish is where that gif comes from!
