The more I watch/read, the more plain it becomes...

That Trump and family does not understand that he will not, if hell freezes over, be the boss/CEO but a employee.
And not just for like minded, he will be the employee of EVERYONE.
To add to it, I don't think he understand there are 3 branches of government and that the executive branch is not the boss of the other 2.
How those that have voted for him can't see this is beyond me.

they may have their preference as to who their nominee is, but in the general, they will see the (r) and the (d) and vote as they have been trained to do.

A strong authoritarian leader who will fix it all and isn't hamstrung by checks and balances.
