What percent of the Congress should be fired and sent home?

I'm thinking almost 100% of the Republicans, who have shown themselves to be totally irresponsible and incompetent almost to a person. They do not deserve to be sitting in our Congress.

Also, I am thinking about 50% of the Democrats, who are tied to special interests and have no desire to vote for the interests of the people, should also be sent home.

The House of Representatives, unlike the Senate, are there to represent the people in their districts. When they can no longer do their job, they should be sent home. It doesn't matter if they are a Democrat, Republican, or a Mugwump...
