There are several fake twitter accounts proclaiming to be her, one with some particularly bad/funny photoshopped pictures of her. My guess is that is indeed a ghost writer that Donald used for a couple of his books but had nothing to do with the speech, she just volunteered to fall on the sword in exchange for a nice extended all-expense paid vacation somewhere very very remote.

The real question is who really wrote the speech, it wreaks of sabotage, someone either is trying to embarrass her personally or telegraph to the world that the campaign is playing in the minor leagues. Normally this would be quite the scandal but Donald keeps giving the press so much more salacious material to work with it's been forgotten.
