It doesn't make a lick of sense why about 10% of Bernie people support Trump. This isn't an immaterial percentage of the overall electorate. These people could hold sway over some close-run states. What the Hell is wrong with them?

(9,775 posts)I'm in SE Michigan. We have open primaries in our state. I know a pretty large group of voters that are just against Ms.Clinton. They voted for Bernie in the primary and some I know even donated On a quite regular basis.
Now like cattle in a corral going to slaughter they only have one direction to go, Trump.
I supported Bernie and campaigned for him here. I thought it was great that even more very conservative people were crossing over to his side.
But... They didn't share his beliefs, they didn't care about electing him, they just voted against Hillary.
