I can spare the 30 seconds or so a day, just in case.

BTW - get your teeth professionaly cleaned at least twice a year. That will do more to help than anything else.

I've been using these amazing disposable thin picks with rubber bristles between my teeth and my gums feel awesome.

Best way to floss is to sit down with a pre strung floss pick and a napkin and do it while browsing or watching tv, then it doesn't feel like a chore.

The hell with this article, it stands to reason that the more decaying shit you remove from your mouth, the better your health.

The lyrics to the songbird's melodious trill go something like this:
"Stay out of my territory or I'll PECK YOUR GODDAMNED EYES OUT!"

don't floss for a week, then floss, then smell the stuff that came out from between your teeth. Not good - that is rotting food particles.

50 years old and no dental work. And I go to the dentist yearly.

But I have done something untraditional for 30 years. Every time I brush, 3 times a day, I take a swig of peroxide, squeeze toothpaste in my mouth(wife uses a different kind) and brush. Even when I smoked, dipped Copenhagen and drank coffee my teeth were white. And I still love coffee.

While I admit most of my dental health is genetic, I am a huge peroxide fan.
