(24 posts)For individuals, I tend to look at it as one of those uncomfortable freedom-of-speech situations.
Of course, when an individual has a confederate battle flag come back and bite them on the butt, I find that hilarious.

(3,660 posts)If you look at the "reasonable causes" for DUI stops they include driving too slowly, speeding, and driving at a consistent speed close to the speed limit. Basically if you are either male or poor, or preferably both, on the road past 10pm, you are very likely to get pulled over eventually.
