(58,662 posts)although I don't know. I thought the most revealing thing that Dumbya said in the '04 campaign was when a reporter asked him what his biggest mistake was from his first term and he couldn't think of anything. Somebody that un-self aware should not be in the same room with the nuclear football. Trump has that same lack of self awareness, but with a much larger ego inflation problem. I always kind of felt that deep in his heart, Bush the Lessor knew he was in over his head. Trump? Not so much. He is confident he is the 'best man' in any room he occupies.

(42,641 posts)And symptomatic of the sad state of the GOP in 2016. The GOP shows no real interest in governing and has no legitimate ideas for governing.

(4,311 posts)I was genuinely shocked - and that's after everything other vile thing he's already said. He is inciting political violence and the overthrow of a democratically elected CIC.
