The Obama campaign needs to gather up every picture there is of Romney and George W. Bush together

Then they should never run a single ad without showing at least one of those Romney/Bush pictures in it. That connection needs to be hammered home constantly. When people think of Romney they need to remember Bush.

And after Romney picks his vice presidential candidate, sometime later this year, they should run ads with pictures of both Sister Sarah and Romney's pick to highlight what the GOP thinks is passable for leaders of this country.
