ISIS On The Run. No Way To Put US Troops In Like Before.

The US strategy against ISIS appears to be working. It took a long time but ISIS is losing ground again. They have lost huge numbers of ISIS killed. And no entity can lose in such numbers and stay in power.

Putting troops in like we did before would put US troops at risk from certain factions who do not want us there like before. Only supported local forces can do the job and they are looking a lot better. Plus putting in divisions of military risks confrontation with the Russians. What would happen if Russians bombed our military by accident or deliberately.
