Duh, I just figured out how Trump will dodge the debate

The Libertarian guy said he needed to get 15% in the polls to get into the debates. Trump is trying to get his numbers around 13% in the upcoming weeks so that he can avoid his beat down at the hands of Hillary.

Is he down in the 20's% yet?
