Why would Dick Durbin want to leave his safe seat in the U.S. Senate to become governor of the colossal mess that is in Springfield, Illinois?

We have a republican scum in office right now who is destroying the state and trying to bust all the unions. He is very unpopular. Michelle could win Durbin's seat in a runaway. I hope Durbin is our next Governor, and Michelle is our senator, alongside Tammy Duckworth!

Pres. Obama has potential, and I think the inclination to a post president in a tradition of Jimmy Carter. He would not have a lot of leeway to venture into the grassroots territory he has been drawn to in the past if Michelle were in the senate.
