President Hillary Clinton will be a very popular President at the end of her time in office

People are going to get to know her.. see how effective she is.. and all the things that have been thrown at her.. will start to melt away..

Just like President Obama... 8 years from now, we are all going to be a lot older.. and saying.. I wish we could keep her an other 4 years..

My Prediction.. and let me just add.. I had the same one 8 years ago about President Obama.. and he outlasted the haters.. and she will too

as W ratings went up after he left office I expect the same from President Obama and when President Hillary Clinton leaves office. If we had good people in Congress as we have in the WH this would be a much smoother world to live in.

I think she put a dent in the perception that she's a phony (I admit I've said that very thing in the past). We need to see more of that from her - she was funny, engaging and sharp-witted. I loved how she bantered with Kimmel and she got some good digs in on Drumpf too. Lots of laughter. It was great.

this is largely because we've had 8 years without a recession, and it's hard to imagine that we'll have another 4. that's not a completely insurmountable problem, but it does make it very challenging, especially if the recession is close to re-election time.

if hillary wins, republicans are still very likely to control the house, which means we won't be able to accomplish much legislatively. it's worth it for the supreme court and the executive actions and so on, of course, but in terms of major policy changes, she won't have much to show for to overcome a recession.

trump actually has a somewhat better shot at being re-elected (kill me now!) because republicans would surely hold both houses of congress in any scenario where trump actually wins, which means he'll certainly get major policy changes in, which would help him in a re-election bid.

longer-term, it gets better, given the demographic changes. i think we can win the house in 2022 after the new census takes effect and the white house in 2024 and we could be in for solid democratic control for a very long time after that.

i think we're in a transitional period as the republican era is fading. good news, but oh, is it agonizingly slow for them to go away!

If after the craziness of 2010 and the realignment.. President Obama could defeat with the congress having both houses and rabid.. and I mean rabid .. attacks from the right.. I am more optimistic..

then she'll have an easier time getting re-elected.

the frustrating thing is of course we could have another 4 years of growth fairly easily with a democratic congress. even a modest boost in government spending would help ensure better times or prevent a recession.

but of course, republicans aren't interested in that, as they know a recession is their best chance to unseat hillary in 2020.

structure of the Senate and House. These 3 things alone will have the effect of the RW freight train we now have, breaking the tracks, full speed over a mile deep sheer rock cliff.
She will blow up their game & they know it.

A new day for America begins with MPOTUS Hillary Clinton. Afterall, she has always been a goal oriented mover & shaker on a very big scale. Fearless & resiliant.

One term is all she will need to reset the power structure and put her Presidential signature forever on her vision of "Equal Rights are Human Rights" .
She is then complete & so very welcome to retire & enjoy the fruits of her life of public service.

She is a fantastic human being who has acquired, through no fault of her own, terribly low expectations. I believe that she will exceed these expectations by light years and will be one of the greatest presidents of our era. She authentically cares about people and has the character and courage of hardened steel. Republicans fear her because they know she will not cave.

that gets demonized.. she is absolutely held to a different standard. so was President Obama.. She cannot be perfect, and someone will always be disappointed in whatever she does..That will go with the territory.. and there is nothing wrong with having concerns about anyone.. we all do.. no one can be the "perfect".. that does not exist.. but we do have the good trying to do the best.. and I am so proud of that
