MIAMI (WSVN) - She said, Yes! After a Miami Police Department officer received the Officer of the Month award, he took the opportunity on stage to pop the question to his girlfriend.
On Thursday, Officer Ortega received the Officer of the Month award. After thanking his department during the award ceremony, he made a special thank you to his girlfriend.
Ortega then called his girlfriend, who was sitting in the audience, to come up on stage.
And what happened next is history.

And it having a small degree of truth. But you don't know either people, what they have discussed, what she may have indicated what she would find romantic, etc and so on.
It is easy to criticize from the outside.
